STORYLINE
Sara has to grew a small tomato seedling as a summer homework. But she lives in a flat, so she plant it in a small unauthorized garden, where her grandparents farm vegetables for their meals. While her mother is at work, Sara spends time with her grandparents trying to teach them Italian.
The garden is a place of serenity and hope for the whole family, especially when Sara’s mother is fired. But someone denounces the illegal occupation to the authorities and their precarious situation seems to collapse.
